These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and fry99 (hereinafter referred to as "fry99", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://fry99.buzz and all associated services, products, and features made available through the Platform.

By accessing the fry99 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or using any service offered by fry99, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of fry99, including but not limited to players accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia and internationally where access is not prohibited by applicable law.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account registered by a User on the fry99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, inclusive of real-money balance and any active bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's personal payment method into their fry99 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals or fulfilling other compliance-related requirements.
• "Platform" refers to the fry99 website, its software, interfaces, games, betting products, and all related services accessible at https://fry99.buzz.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of Available Balance from a User's Account to their nominated personal payment method.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all fry99 transactions are denominated unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on fry99, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Be at least 21 years of age. fry99 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from fry99 or any other gambling platform for regulatory or integrity reasons.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on fry99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

fry99 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances as determined by our compliance obligations. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport;
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., TNB electricity bill, water bill, or bank statement); and
• A clear selfie photograph of the User holding their photo identity document beside their face.

fry99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Verification is ordinarily completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.

fry99 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC) are also accepted.

Users may request withdrawal of Available Balance (real-money funds net of any applicable bonus restrictions) subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC identity verification;
• The withdrawal recipient details must match the Account holder's verified identity;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• The withdrawal request must not exceed daily or periodic limits applicable to the Account;
• The Account must be in good standing with no pending compliance investigations or security holds.

fry99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. The claiming of any bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion, in addition to these General Terms.

All games available on the fry99 Platform — including slots, live casino games, table games, and virtual sports — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and not influenced by the Platform operator.

fry99 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles. Stated RTP values represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of outcome for any individual session or wager. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or software error during a game round, fry99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the User's Account. Any wagers placed or results generated during a confirmed technical malfunction shall be considered void.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fry99 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or bonus abuse schemes that exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intent;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fry99 staff or other players.

fry99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit transaction;
• Regulatory requirement or directive from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the User, fry99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any Available Balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon activation;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss caps over defined periods;

• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, activated immediately upon request.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of fry99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry99, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the Platform;
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Actions taken in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fry99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by fry99's own acts or omissions.

fry99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised service delivery. fry99 does not sell personal data to third parties.

fry99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fry99 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage. The revised Terms will become effective upon publication to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved in the first instance through fry99's internal complaints process.

To initiate a formal complaint, Users must submit a written complaint to fry99's support team, providing full details of the dispute and any relevant evidence. fry99 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to issue a resolution within five (5) business days.

If a dispute remains unresolved following the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
